SHIPPING POLICY
All shipments are handled by Aramex.
Please read our shipping policy below for details on delivery times, costs, and more:
1. Shipping Areas
- United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)
- International Shipping
2. Delivery Times
- UAE Deliveries: All orders placed within the UAE are delivered the next business day free of charge, for orders placed before 3pm GST.
- GCC Deliveries: Orders to GCC countries will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
- International Deliveries: Orders to international destinations are expected to arrive within 5 to 7 business days depending on the destination country.
Please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may vary depending on the location, time of the order, and may be subject to customs delays.
Please ensure that the full address, including area, street, flat number, and a valid mobile number is included upon checkout, to avoid shipping delays.
WAYVE is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered.
3. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 3 PM (UAE Standard Time) are processed the same day for next-day delivery (within the UAE).
- Orders placed after 3 PM (UAE Standard Time) will be processed the following business day.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday).
If an order is placed in the UAE on a Friday before 3pm GST, the order will be delivered on Saturday.
Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, and the shipping method chosen.
- We offer free shipping within the UAE, and free international shipping for orders above 2500 AED.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track the status of your shipment at any time by using the tracking number on the shipping carrier's website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping regulations, international delivery may not be available to certain countries.
If there are any issues with shipping to your location, our customer service team will get in touch to discuss alternative options.
7. Duties and Taxes
WAYVE does not assume responsibility for any import duties, broker fees, customs charges, or taxes accrued during both regional and international shipments. Customs duties and taxes may be applied by the destination country’s customs authorities. The recipient is responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance.
