3. Orders and Payments

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Apple Pay - Google Pay
  • Tabby (UAE & KSA only)

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. 

  • All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT in the UAE.
  • All payments shall be in AED.
  • We accept payments through STRIPE, being our payments collector.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processed.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

 

  • We ship to most territories worldwide.
  • Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

5. Returns and Refunds

 

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet our return conditions.
  • Refunds will be processed according to our Return Policy.
  • Final sale items and personalized products are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any item that we offer.
  • We reserve the right to prohibit orders that we deem to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information on our website.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, at WAYVE’s sole discretion.
  • Your provided personal information (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

  • We do not guarantee or warrant that your use of our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Errors, delays, or interruptions in service.
  • Issues caused by third-parties service providers (i.e., Klaviyo for email marketing, Stripe as payment processors, Meta/Tiktok for social media targeted advertising, Aramex as shipping carriers), shall be governed by the third parties’ Terms of Use respectively:
